Please find below an overview of our working practices and community research approach:

 Full-service

1. Once feasibility for a project has been assessed and agreed, we arrange a 'kick-off' meeting to set the goals, define the approach and agree the milestones.

2. We create and prepare the research materials in line with the scope of the project, ready for your approval and sign-off.

For 'recruitment only' projects, we simply receive your research materials and Q&A them, ready for field.
